I know the 3 guys don't even bother with anything outside work.
And as mentioned, volunteering or donation of blood has no impact of late.

Re Kenya PhD: you basically told us that besides an apple, a pear would also be selected and asked the apple to turn into a pear.
Anyway, I think we digress too much. Let's stop it here and hope for the OT to respond.
Lol.
So ...
Take an example, 3 Indians, friends from KG, been in the same college, supposedly near same score, landed OJT in the same company and all 3 managed to join the agency I know in Singapore for the same client, doing pretty much the same job (I know that very well....) and same pay grade. I don't know who saved how much or whatever. All 3 single. 100% True story. I still keep in touch with the fellows.
All 3 applied and 1 got it, other 2 rejected.
What do you infer from that ?
May be their names are
1) Sanjay Verma
2) Kapil Sharma
3) Muthusamy Ramamurthy
Mr Muthu got PR?

I can see you are no better either.

I don't use or claim to use DA. I use my gut intuition and anecdotal evidence. Which is more that you've got.
