Nah, you are still on the little red dot. Sorry, but you are bringing it on yourself. I've tried to stay out of this, but I couldn't help but sit here lmao at your childish attempt to "get back" at the regulars here instead of accepting the fact that you started off on the wrong foot and now are just trying to be vindictive and failing miserably. But you do have one saving grace. It's Friday and there was a total eclipse in part of the world today so your biorhythms are likely to be slightly askew.

He didn't like the answers he got. Went ballastic and started posting in other threads trying to be a major troll and failed miserably. Nothing serious. In fact we haven't had a good troll in about three years and I daresay he couldn't hold a candle to Anna whatever her name was from the UK.

Hi All,
Just wanted to say my family completed PR proceedings today, we were successful on our second attempt!
Details:
First attempt 2012 (2 years in SG)
Me: British born Chinese
Wife: Japanese
Both working for MNCs
Rejected with letter encouraging us to continue working on our current passes (Kiss of death)
Second attempt July 2014 (4 years in SG)
I had changed job
We had a daughter (albeit born in Japan in 2013)
PR approved Feb 2015
Shame we missed the cut to buy HDB...
There's always room for one more

Hi there,
Thanks for the well wishes. I went from a grunt regional worker to a regional scientific director, with a corresponding increase in salary of >40%.
Likely some pros are the fact I am running some projects in hospitals now.
Cheers

Thanks. This data point will help people wondering how much of a salary increase makes a difference. some people like to apply the next year after their annual 3.5% bump
