Other avenues for Investment?

The Singapore property market is kinda slow now, does anyone have any experience with other investment opportunities?

How about the passive way of buy and hold of equity indices eg via Straits Times ETF or SIMSCI futures. That should involve minimal work.
For risk free, there are SGS bonds and Savings Bonds.

Dear Would-Be Spammers. You need to be very careful how you respond to your own thread. If you reply in the box with your FB photo attached, everybody can see who you really are. And you look very stupid.

I suppose look for properties in other markets - US, Mongolia, Portugal, etc. - where foreign ownership is allowed but you can't come to expect similar LTV Ratios.
