Hello everyone! I am a Nephrology nurse here in the Philippines. I already gained 3 years of experience in a 500 bed capacity tertiary hospital in our province. Last year, I applied for a staff nurse position bound to Singapore with a help of an agency here in PH. I passed the Singapore nursing board and right now, I am waiting for my snb application to be approved. My agent told me and the other applicants that there was already an incident that the snb application was disapproved. What are the grounds for disapproval of snb application? Causes for rejection from what I know .. past employers/references not responding on time ... and discrepancy in documents

3 years experience is like the minimum now ..

Thank you so much for the response. I am complying every requirement so as not to affect my application. My worry is that I do have employment gap before my 3 years solid experience in the hospital. I already provided an explanation regarding the gap such as trainings and I worked in a non health related institution before I work as full time staff nurse.

I am keeping my hopes up to be part of the health care team in one of the hospitals in Singapore.

By the way, thank you and yes, I will never give up.
