Help! I canno do pushup at all even practising for 3 months
I am a 13 years olds boy who needed help with pushup.... everytime I try to do, I can go down but not up and follows with it is a thump on the ground with my belly flat as I tried to go up... can you help me? I tried various ways online but it still will not work much. My pe teacher even exuse me as I had fracture my arm once but it is a long time ago when I am very young. Pls tell me what I can do to push myself up! My arms seem weak too... if u need a video about how I do the pushup, tell me and I would take one ( maybe my body position is incorrect...)

Try standing push ups against a wall first. Just pushing your body weight off the wall - you can slowly build up to pushing off the ground later

Try doing push ups while on your knees, not on your toes. Then build from there.

I remember when I was around that age, I started doing push ups by not going up with arms fully extended, it's like a halfway push ups... I just try to do as much as I can... after awhile I can feel sore on my arms and it seems to feel a bit stronger...then slowly I manage to do 3-5 full push ups and gradually increase from there
you MUST be able to do proper push ups for your N.S
