Once everything is glass and concrete .... then what!!

Everywhere will look the same , what a sad world it will be in the future.

The only places safe will be those considered "inhospitable" , maybe some of the extreme mountainous areas.

Look no further than Hong Kong, and my that I mean the island and Kowloon. Or look just across the border there into Shenzhen.....whole mountains simply disappeared in days.

Hong Kong has plenty more area and nature reserves though, and it's all a short distance away. Singapore? Not so much. The only option will be Pulau Ubin.

They can alway volunteer for NS and go to P. Tekong. Lot's of critters over there.

And actually, I've personally seen wild monkeys in Kowloon Park. Right next to the heart of TST.

Yes, you will have problem with monkeys. I know people who stay in South Haven condo.

Monkeys will invade your kitchen to steal food. They can be very aggressive. There was a culling exercise in 2013, and situation has improved somewhat. But problem is still not totally resolved.

Worst experience was last year, I think. While swimming in pool, an entire swarm of monkeys surrounded the pool to play. Must be good swimmer.

If you can check the Bukit Timah monkeys forum , they are thinking the issue could be resolved by stopping chopping down where the monkeys live , or maybe cull a few humans instead!!!
