Flabby Tummy... =(

Post by Guest301204 » Sun, 16 Jan 2005 9:00 pm

Anyone can give tips and advice to me on how to cure my flabby tummy?? I very small in size and my baby weighs a whooping 3.5kg! I look like I'm still 5months pregnant after a month of delivery. Does Jamu, traditional indonesian massage helps?? Or what creams or solutions out there? Pls advice....

i found this for you from 'singapore internet yellow pages' site which i feel is good and read in newspapers that "andrea de cruz" is now also a frequent customer for their all-female gym.

the best thing you can do for yourself if you want to lose bodyfat/weight is to have a clean diet, exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week) and lift weights.

massages, creams, fad diets are an absolute waste of money. getting the body you want requires hard work and no less.

you can try herbalife products. esp their milk powder. works very well for me, provided that you exercise as well.
