anybody familiar with The Daffodil or Parbury Hill Condo

good afternoon. we are now at that stage where we are looking for rental properties. we are considering The Daffodil - 568 Upper East Coast Road, 466584 or Parbury Hill condo - 38 Parbury Avenue, 467304. so they are older properties but the size and location will work for us. i was wondering if anyone has any information on the properties. for example, as one review from 2010 said... it was noisy during evenings or it was a pain to get groceries up the hill. i wasnt able to see any reviews for the Daffodil.
