They handled all logistics and supplies for US ships coming into Singapore, including the carrier groups that come in from time to time.

Turns out they are totally corrupt buggers.

What did you expect? Leonard Glenn Francis is a Malaysian. But you didn't mention the lack of integrity of our own Naval commanders........It takes two to tango.

Pretty old news in a way other than the change of plea.

Glenn had contracts all the way to Philippines ... and paid their way out of some magic pipe cases
