So today I get rejected appeal letter from ICA, I see some of the TS found that it maybe require some time before they will lift off the record,I wonder how long is it? Mum pretty sad about when she open my letter. Another one I curious is how about those require guarantor or pay a sum so can enter? How that suppose to work

From what I know, bond is required at ICA's discretion .. if they didn't even request a bond .. wonder what exactly you did ...

I commit an Illegal Act. in SG on my SVP and was held back in SG for more than 8months before ICA sent me back to my country.

Any experts out here can tell me how long will ica allow me to go back to SG?

I tried go back after 2 years but still they don't allow me to enter SG, they sent me back straight away after they found out my record.

Any experts got these experience before mind sharing it here?

Or is there any other way i can get in again?

1) How many days i should include so that ICA will likely to approve my appeal.

2) What reason should I state down on the letter for entering SG? It will be reject for sure if my reason is for example; visit friends, family, blah blah...

3) How much of Security Deposit should my Sponsor include to secure the (Guarantor Spot)?

Any experts mind sharing?

I'm from Thai and got caught by the t shirt police for selling illegal product in SG.

I want to enter because my spouse is a SC. Just only want to spend time together in SG and nothing else.

The deposit of the amount is determine by us as they want us to include in the form or ICA will include it down themselves?

On my deportion list it stated minimum 1 year and maximum won't exceed 3 years, well I still unable to get myself got that strength to write the letter for appeal, was thinking of waiting for a year which soon (a month more?) Should I wait till 18months? My spouse also from SG I wonder can at least appeal so I can do a transit from Singapore (Via budget airline) else troublesome that I can't even make sure that my checked in luggage can reach my destination when I want to transit at Singapore

Yup, a single punch and the person sued you and went to court go prison come out sent back your country with no stated how long then you can come back to Singapore

I will try again on 6months later, i hate they replied, it like they never what i wrote, when you go to ICA did they stated that yours won't be more than 3years? I got a cellmate is minimum 3years no maximum, and 1 is no longer enter Singapore.
