Local Director name for Existing company register

i am from Nepal, we had already register company in singapore. But now we want looking for new local director to change the name in Company because our previous local director they want to quit for having Telecom license. If any one can interested directly email us at [email protected]

Why would anyone want to be your director? How much are you going to pay them? How will they know that you will not do something illegal or unethical that puts them in court and possibly in jail?

Do you see why people will only do this for money and why it is getting harder to find people willing to do it?
