I'd have thought Lipo might be a better choice?
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Depending on one's age, a tummy tuck might be the only solution. I'm in my mid/late 60's and 6+ years ago I lost 25kg and in the process found myself with lots of loose folds of skin that, despite all attempt to reduce them, they will no longer shrink. This is one thing that happens with age. The skin loses a lot of it's elasticity. So, if you are above say 50, and you had lost a lot of weight, you might want to consider it. But only as a last resort.

I agree plus I also notice the skin around my neck is a lot flabbier now. I think it is an age issue in your 30's you want to look toned and strive for a six pack.

At 54 I am just happy to have lost the weight for my health and feel comfortable in 32" waist Levi's!

17 Kilo's lost 1kg more to hit my target weight. Will just make it before Christmas \:D/

Good on ya, Steve! Sadly I've gained a few back since I last saw you, but come the 2nd of January I'm back on tune up. No sense in wasting the rest of the holiday season now. ;-) But I can still get into my 32's as well!

If you are under 45, exercise. Eventually it will shrink back unless you are going back to eating the same way as before, then it's a 'waist' of time.
