Reg Dependent Pass card

Hi,

I am working in Singapore for last two years,changed company recently.
I have received Employment Pass card from my new company and applied for Dependant Pass card through some agency.
And I have received InPrinciple Approval letter for my dependentants.I have filled IPA form and submitted back to same agency,but they are not responding.
Now what is the process for getting Dependant Pass card,do I need to go through same agency or any agency can apply for it?
Does that agency must be approved by my new company?

Please suggect.

Dependant Pass has to be applied by your employer (The same employer who applied for your employment pass). Why did you apply for the DP through an agency? If I remember right, the issuance can be done only by the company who applied for it.
