architect looking for a job

hi everyone i wonder if anybody has a clue on how this market work, st jobs db jobs monster etc. simply are not working for me.
I have more than 10 years of experience, most of it in the us.

LinkedIN is a good or better than average place to start networking. Networking is your best bet.
