Almost fell out of my chair laughing my arse off reading this when I came across it on FB. That Malaysia has some serious problems and they start from the very top and run all the way through the Malay community.

Very normal, not surprised. Shows the collective obsession of large groups of Malays on things that hint at sexual symbolism, and collective inability to think maturely (despite having the most privileged access to the highest education system in the world), speak articulately (despite having one of the most illustrative and beautiful literature in the world) and conduct properly (despite professing Islam which is, in its original and intended form, a peace- and purity-loving faith system).

And the fact it is encouraged by their peers and members of their interest groups shows how appalling the herd mentality is over there.

Shame, I have met some of the really honest and brilliant ones but they are rare in numbers and they are fighting a losing battle.
