LocalPhone, EasyRinger, VGP, or go with locals?

Hi all

I am looking for recommendations for getting a local SG number where business colleagues can call me at (mostly from US and EU). I already have and use Skype a lot, and I also have a US-setup Vonage account so I can call OUT without a problem. My issue is that I need a +65 number for people to cal IN.

Things that I important to me:
1. Quality and Reliability - this is top on my list!
2. Ability to forward calls to other numbers, either SG numbers (+65) or US numbers (+1)
3. Price

Specific questions:
1. Anyone has any experience with either Localphone (http://www.localphone.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), EasyRinger (http://www.easyringer.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), or VGP (http://www.virtualglobalphone.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), specifically as it pertains to call quality and service reliability?
2. Should I not even bother with these and just stick with the "locals" (SingTel, StarHub, M1)? From what I can tell of their fixed-line plans, they don't offer ability to forward calls to other numbers.

The only place I am aware of where you can get a forwardable Singapore number is pfingo... http://www.pfingo.com/home/index.jsp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I believe it is a Starhub service. I used it to get a cheap number for my company once I wound it down... I could have any voice mails forwarded to me.

When you get a number from them it will be prefixed with a 3, ie, +65 3XXX XXXX.

You'll need to provide proof of residence/company in Singapore to get one... ie, you cannot be living in the states and get one of these numbers.

Just posting an update to this. I searched online quite a bit and came across this company: http://www.1-voip.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. They were able to set me up with a +65 virtual number. I used to have Vonage before, but Vonage doesn't have Singapore numbers, so I switched. So far I'm happy with them. Call quality seems good, though takes a few seconds longer than normal to connect calls.
