Singtel Hand Phone Voice Mail

Hi,

I have bought a Nokia hand set and a Singtel SIMcard. So far so good. However, I could not manage to contact my voice mail box so far.

What I did so far:

I call 1389. After that I enter my SIM-Card-PIN followed by #. Then I entered my hand phone number followed by a #. Afterwards I am requested to enter my PIN again. This failed so far every time.

Any advise?

Call Singtel cust service hotline and get them to rest your hp for you

Try again, this time input 1234 as your pin.

Your voicemail pin is different from your SIM card pin.
