Advice would be much appreciated:
I've been to see the Raffles House childcare centre at Robin Close (between Newton and Bukit Timah), which is in an old shophouse-type building. This means it has small, non-purpose built rooms and doesn't have a huge garden/play area or particularly cosy nap-time room. On the plus side, it has small classes and the children and teachers looked happy. The curriculum looked fine for my four-year-old son. On the whole, I thought it was OK, but maybe my experiences of childcare in Sydney have lowered my expectations to the point I'm not seeing things clearly anymore
Is there anyone out there with experience of this centre who can give me some guidance? Or recommend any other nearby centres offering long day care?
Thanks!
