Applying job on JobsBank as a foreigner

Hi all. I am trying to apply for a job on JobsBank (the posting is more two weeks ago) and obviously I would a SingPass to register. However I can't register because I am currently on Social Visit Pass. But the employer insists that it can be done as he has retrieved applications from China and Europe. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

Maybe he referred to another Job Bank, like .. Job street or Jobs DB or Monster ??

A professor from NUS. I am pretty sure it's from JobsBank because he gave me the job ID there.

Our company requires that everyone applies on the company job site. I always have to chase internal referrals on this. Perhaps this is what he meant?

well, All Jobs in Jobs Bank are only open to PRs and Citizens

If you want to know the Job Description, you can ask a PR or Citizen to get it for you, using their Singpass

If you want to apply via Jobsbank as a Foreigner, read the first line of my reply !!!
