coming to singapore, investment accountant

hi does anybody know of some good websites where i can find some contacts to help me get a job in singapore?
I would like to move there towards the end of the year, September/October time.
how do i go about finding a job BEFORE i get there. My contacts are minimal at the moment

Dangle, if possible can you provide more information about your background? Work experiences, qualifications ... etc...
