These are the usual problems encountered by users.
1. After you login, you are immediately logged out
Click "
Delete all board cookies" located at the footer of the forum or click on this
link.
If the above does not work, you will need to clear your browser's cookies manually.
a. For Chrome, go to History and click Clear Browsing Data, select Cookies
b. For Firefox, go to History and click Clear Recent History, select Cookies
c. For IE, go to Internet Options, Genaral Tab, click Delete under Browsing History, select Cookies
d. For Safari, go to Preference, select Privacy, click Details under Cookies and other website data, select singaporeexpats.com and click Remove
2. You did not receive the activation email
Click "
Resend activation" at the login screen or click on this
link.
3. You forget your password
Click "
I forgot my password" at the login screen or click on this
link.
