From the mrt station, take Exit A and walk through Raffles City Shopping Centre. Cross the road to CHIJMES and take the centre escalator to the basement. Walk straight and turn right, you see the bar.

The bar will bill you individually and you will need to pay when your food/drinks is delivered.
