New Years Eve Venues

Post by sduthie13 » Fri, 24 Oct 2014 11:36 am

ok so i may be a little early but i am assuming the best venue's get booked up early! This will be my husband and mine first NYE in Singapore and i am looking for venues that are couple friendly and lively (we are late 30's/early 40's)as most of our friends are leaving the country! not fancying the usual chaos of bars, is there somewhere that might be holding a black tie event, dinner, dance?

Try the 5 Star hotels. Went to a really good party at the Pan Pacific one year. It wasn't black tie but reasonably exclusive and not over crowded. I would assume most of the hotels do something similar.

To add, there are country clubs that have something similar and open to guests/non-members. Try Swiss Club, Tanglin Club, American Club, Hollandse Club, one of those yacht clubs (Marina@Keppel Bay, Raffles, Punggol), and one of those associations like St Andrew's etc.
