Hi Guys,
I received contract job offer from IHiS? Can anyone tell me about the work culture there? How are the co-workers? Joining local banks like DBS, OCBC or UOB or a financial firm like E&Y or KPMG would be better compare to IHiS or not. I am so much confused. Please help me in this matter.Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link though I have already browsed this site. So would you recommend to join? Lets suppose you have three offers .one from a bank second from the financial firm and third from IHiS. terms and conditions are different in all three but work is similar.Should I emphasise on the salary and terms and conditions enforced by the agencies or just focus on the company profile globally? I am in Singapore for limited time and I need good experience from here.

I cannot directly answer your questions but here are some more to guide you:
* What are your priorities?
* Which industry do you like more?
* What are you long term plans?
* Do you have competing offers?
* How much time do you have?
* Can you afford to hold out while waiting for a better offer?
None of us can tell where to go and guarantee you'll like it since we don't know anything about you.

there is a thread on salary.sg on iHis
not many people seem to recommend it
its a company built very much on lackey mentality, if you're one of the directors and above, it is a slack well paying job you can retire on, anything below seems to have a high attrition rate
I would avoid at all costs
