Planning on a scoping visit to SG mid this year with a view to making the move 6-12 months after that. Would like to get an idea of the likelyhood of securing an entry level front office FX or treasury role with exposure to the makets. Currently working as an underwriter in a niche liability insurance area in NZ, although studies have been BCom (finance), Financial Mkts diploma and post grad diploma Applied Finance & Invmt (treasury) from the Securites Inst of Australia. Would prefer to use my quals but realistically would revert to current type roles if dificulties or lengthy search process came about. Any advice or contacts.
