has anyone read the book <when china rules the world>?

The book was published in 2010,its author is a columnist of The Guardian.
It came to my attention in these 2 weeks.
First heard it when I listened to a BBC program in which he was giving an interview. Second is an article titled "china is hong kong's future,not its enemy" reprinted by TODAY from The Guardian.

I managed to get the book, now in the middle of reading.
Anyone has read book before? or interested in the topic? I'd like to hear the comments and share my impressions after reading.
