Best Credit Card for foreign exchange

Hi everyone, I get paid in US currency, with HSBC, they charge you a min of $50 to withdraw US currency or you have to convert from US to SNG using their terrible exchange rate.

So now im looking for a US cc with either a no foreign exchange fee or at least a better exchange rate than HSBC gives. Anyone found a credit card in US funds?

Many Amex cards and the Chase Sapphire Preferred do this. However, they'd both require you to live in the US and need good US credit history.

Unaware of any in Singapore.

yeah this is the problem, i've never lived in the US so i cant get a card from there. It has to be from Singapore

SCB seems to have a USD Debit card. Not interested enough to read the details though:

Yeah i have an USD debit card with HSBC but its pretty useless as it will still use HSBC's exchange rate. Im looking for an actually credit card.

Ahmed22, I'm a little confused. Are your U.S. dollars being deposited into a U.S. dollar-denominated bank account in Singapore, in the United States, or elsewhere? I understand you want a U.S. dollar card, but it matters (a lot) from where you're trying to spend funds.
