Cheap classrooms / training rooms for rent?

Postby Derrickk » Tue, 30 Sep 2014 4:39 pm

I will soon be conducting a group tuition class of about 5 - 6 students. The classroom rental prices are a little steep for those i found using google search.

Does nyone know of cheap classrooms avail for rent? I'm looking at around $20/hr or less, if possible.

if you want $20+/hour rates, you'll probably have to rent monthly for say, 8 hours/weekend.

nobody rents them out at such cheap rates on an ad-hoc basis... i know a private tutor who pays $800/month (power/air-con inclusive) for 4 hours every saturday and sunday.

Try Biblehouse - they rent out classrooms (http://www.bible.org.sg/). I might add that you are facing a perpetual problem for the Society I help run here... locating cheap and reasonable meeting premises.

Wow $800/mth only on weekends is kinda costly, unless its a really good location.

I've used a few seminar rooms for my company's events before, there's one with good rates and complete facilities called Seminar Room LLP. If you just search up "seminar room in bugis", you'll find it as the first link, but here it is if you're lazy to google it: http://www.seminarroom.com.sg
