I am wondering whether my kids have had a potential to be a talented student.
Are there any talented programs or camps that I can apply for?
I was considering sending my kids to CTY program in Hong Kong during summer but ended up moving to Singapore.
I heard that there are some eligibility tests for CTY program to be a talented student. My friend told me that some education services in USA are assisting students in preparing CTY program.
Are there any places like learning centres or schools where I would be able to get information on CTY program?
