Surely besides the color it has to have at least shape and weight. Please check once again in the box, the weigh is typically near the bottom and normally is not di-a-pointing at all.

Bought mine on Ebay a few days after the launch at 80 dollars above the Apple Singapore price. It was a Singtel contract upgrade so the guy made a nice profit and I paid an additional 80 dollars to avoid the queues and the wait by Internet ordering. No drama
