Apols if this is the wrong area to post a property question.
Have just arrived in Singapore and loving it. Have seen an apartment in this condo and wondered what people think of it. It doesn't seem to be listed in the SE.com condo guide. In fact, it seems like there was an issue with getting buyers for most of the units, and now the owner is resorting to renting some of them. It looks like perhaps only 20% of the units are actually occupied.
About to make an offer with the agent as the place and price seems good, but just wanted to check if anyone knew of some reason why it seems so empty for a new condo. Should I be running a mile!?
