How do you feel about your career? Working volunteers needed

Hi folks,

I hope you don't mind me posting this here. I am a Taiwanese researcher who is working on a project in Work Psychology. Through this project, I hope to find effective ways to help organisations and employees overcome career plateau. This is the feeling of slowly progressing in career due to lack of promotion opportunities or job challenge.
