Jeez,
WTF is going on with this thread? Suddenly become an agony aunt column for miscreants lamenting their misfortunes with the authorities...

. IO allow me to bail with investigation and ask me to return back the unused money to them next day. It is torturing to wait for 2 weeks for return back police station.
Pick up a phone and sell is still illegal my friend.
That simple ?
You pink IC ?
For future reference when you find something valuable you take it to your nearest NPP. After sometime if no one claim you can claim.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I totally understand and regret of my foolish act. I wonder should i give my IO a call or just let them internally sync up and wait until the may 2 weeks bond bail period are up. How likely will i get charge? Many thanks in advance.

too late to say foolish.
More likely pushed your luck.
Wait, IO don't need to internally sync .. whatever that mean.
Call closer to date.

I believe you can. As PNGMK noted, as long as you have turned it in, after a given amount of time 'squatter's rights' kick in I believe. Again, I pretty sure it exists, but the actual method and duration it needs to sit there I don't know. It is similar to unclaimed airport luggage after a period of time. But there as it's unclaimed, it's auctioned off, normally to a liquidator but occasionally it open to the public.

Jack - I will not provide legal advice via PMs or otherwise as I am not a lawyer. I suggest you ring or visit the Law Society and ask them for a list of solicitors and consult a few. The first consultation is normally free. Ask for a fixed fee to handle the case.

I read so much that police giving stern warning for first offense. I wonder can police issue fines or it must be prosecute to court? Kindly advise. Thanks

There are three parties involved:
1. The arresting officer - does he refer to IO? In your case yes.
2. The IO - does he refer to AGC? Probably yes in your case.
3. The AGC (gahmen) - do they recommend to IO to prosecute - depends lah.
The only time a fine (compounding) can be offered by the police is when compounding is allowed within law and the limits of the law. This usually applies to traffic offenses in the main.

. Like that my case high chance will be prosecute to court instead of stern warning.
