Yep. Shoot the parents and fire the tutors. That will get rid of almost all the exam stress.

Reinforce on them that results don't matter, and simply doing their best is more important.

Above average IQ guarantees good exam results and less study stress.
Other than that, only hard work and dedication helps.

I'm afraid concrete high-value IQ (not averaged) for a concrete person does not guarantee much as well.
