What's your race?
How many dependents (LTVPs or DPs) are tied to your PR?

I think the best way is to set up a firm and employ only the locals. What I see is the locals are unhappy they are replaced by other foreigners ( especially from their home country ) not because of performance but among other things like for a lower pay or probably a scheme to bring in more. Reading this site www(dot)tremeritus(dot)com/2014/09/09/india-pressures-sg-to-let-in-its-banks-professionals/, it seems it does not help the process of integrating more Indians into SG

That is a bullsh*t site that is only 1/3'd based on facts (and those are twisted at will, there). Doesn't say too much about your own credibility here if you are recommending those sites. We have a troll in our midst. Are you the one who like to copy & paste our threads to those sites to get a rise out of the other oppies? Hmmmm?

Woah...there is no need for me to cut paste anything that is detrimental to the social weave of this state since this is a public site. I posted that to give a different perspective to the readers and where in a right sense of mind do I recommend that site. There are other site which more or less depicts the same notion that locals have FT.
There is no need to believe everything you read/hear. Just treat it with a pinch of salt

Have some gene engineering done to make yourself Chinese (when it comes available). That's about it. As I said - TAKE A LOOK AT THE PIC - what do you see in the new citizens? Lots of Indians? No. Lots of Caucasians? No. Lots Chinese genes? YES. Sucks but it's their country and their race ratio. The Chinese aren't making love enough to keep up the TFR so immigration en masse of Chinese is how they push the ratio back up.
