re the title, sorry, no, no need to learn this at all.

The website is of dubious veracity, or, guilty of believing its own BS, saying
"...although, Singaporeans are well trained to speak correct English"

Again, sorry, no. They are instructed and most cannot speak "correct" English.

Or in the local pidgin, caaaaaaaaawrecked.

BTW, is "Singlish fluency" an oxymoron? "
