Making cheese in Singapore

Post by triste » Tue, 26 Aug 2014 1:44 pm

Has anyone seen any home cheese making supplies in Singapore and if so, where? Amazon won't ship rennet and citric acid to Singapore. :(

Thanks in advance.

I'd quite like to get my hands on some cheese cloth if anyone knows where I might find it here.

Very true! You can make a simple delicious cheese with milk and lemon juice. I should have specified I want to make mozzarella. I found a recipe for pepper jack that looks good too.
