Re: Online shopping in Singapore
Being a working mom, sometimes too busy coping between work and family. Had a few experiences shopping online. I think Zalora focuses on retailing fashion products, services and accessories while Lazada is an online shopping mall that offers much more products and services.
Bought a few pieces of stuff from them. Usually, I will only buy stuff that has good reviews from past buyers. So far there's no bad experience shopping online. But always remind myself not to carry high expectations on products online. Well, you get what you pay for haha.
One list that I can recommend to put in is related to baby & kids products. I would normally buy baby necessities online, especially big size item, so doesn't have to carry all the way up to my flat.
Most of the baby websites do include free shipping services once you reach their min spend.
Some of it I would recommend:
www.mamahood.com.sg - Sort of new in Singapore, but so far good shopping experience, can get a cheap price compared to other websites. Maybe should get more big brands coming in.
www.mothercare.com.sg - One of the leading online and offline retailer for more than 30 years. Would normally buy baby nursery products from them.
www.pupsikstudio.com - Wide range of modern cute pouch slings available. They offer lots of baby products as well.
Hope this could advantage those online shoppers that has babies/kids.

Re: Online shopping in Singapore
It became much more convenience within these few years in Singapore to shop online now.
Except, you're posting from Japan. Isn't that more of a hassle?

reebonz is good.
never tried the other websites.
been loving lazada and qoo10... but recently getting hooked on Shopee. the mobile app is easy to browse through. not so keen on their "games" though to earn small points for purchase.

Hey, hisashiburi all.
Came by this frustrated that, and this should entertain you, that I can't seem to find clothes here in the US that I could in SG.
For example, even though it's or was an American company, I can't find Van Heusen shirts here like I could anywhere in SG. Oh they have them here, dowdy old-style stuff, not the more European fit type clothes that are everywhere in Asia.
So I thought to try to order from Tangs or Robinsons, but can't find on their online stores that what I would buy in their B&M stores.
It's about a 180 from how this thread started, but I would like to find a way to order these from SG to ship to the US.
How's that for a 3-years later post from a blast from the past?
