it could also be due to your diet, like you are not absorbing enough vits and minerals in your body, thus it doesn't work at its optimum level. it'll be good if u could consume some supplements to complement your daily diet. For mi, it really made a difference, i could feel the energy level returning and my concentration was maintained for longer periods.
Secondly, it could also mean that you are not getting enough quality rest, means undisturbed deep sleep.
