I am an Indian citizen, holding Indian passport, looking to move to Singapore for employment purposes.
I would like to bring my parents(also on Indian Passport) along as well as they will be left alone in my home country when I move to Singapore
The regular tourist visa allows them a max entry for 30 days. Is there a Visa or procedure to bring them here for an extended period to stay with me.
would really appreciate your help!!

Nope. Not unless you get a minimum of a P1 Employment Pass. If you are not old enough or man enough to leave home, maybe you should stay in India so mommy can continue to clean up after you.

Perhaps, to be fair, it may be his elderly parents who need care. I'm in Oman now and the Indians here complain that they can't bring Mamaji and Babaji as well.

Short answer, depends on your pass type. P1 lets you bring them as dependants, less than that, no you can't bring them unless on Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP).

Less than that = only short term visit pass (i.e. tourist visa) actually.
