You cannot broadcast on this forum. Full Stop. Try the classified in the local papers under "Opportunity/investments for sale"

I looked last night before posting my initial response here. We have a classified section on this site which can be found at the menu bar at the top of the page, however, upon examining the classified's variou headings, I do not see any suitable location, nor do I see a Misc. heading. Therefore the only two options are purchase a thread in the "Marketplace Corner" forum or using the newspaper/online newspaper classifieds. But continued reference to the product and selling here would constitute advertising, incidental though it might be. (Hence the sanitized post).

I will run this by Admin to see if they can add a Misc. Heading to the classifieds for those ads that don't fits anywhere else.

it works much better that way though... i've started and sold a few businesses and the transaction (including post-sale) is always easier with a middleman.

it may seem like a big sum, but the broker's commission is always negotiable and in most cases, a well deserved sum.

Thanks to sundaymorningstaple, you saw that indeed I have an issue here. Please go ahead and kill this thread if necessary to uphold integrity of forum.

Hi Taxico, rightly word. Broker may get us a surprise! But deal can't afford one. I'll check around. Thanks!
