No, it's about the denigration of an individual that doesn't meet the current standards for beauty. Had that been a lithe, blonde body on the same underwater device, you would have had a completely different take.

As it is, you want someone to "caption" this photo... and for what purpose? You've already seen two less than complimentary responses.

Whoa - hold on a second. My comment had nothing whatsoever to do with the physique of the person in the photo, but was based on the stereotypical image of some Singaporeans being willing to do anything in exchange for a free curry puff, plastic toy, ice cream, etc.

If light-heated humour based on nationalistic 'traits' is now out of order, are we going to ban all those thousands of Englishman, Irishman and Scotsman jokes too?

On the other hand, personally I found Raj's comment about 'blubber' to be unfunny and in bad taste though.
