I tried to email to Oz, JW and small face clinic but
didn't receive any reply.
I used the emails found on the webby.
How long do they take to reply?
Anyone can advise, thanks!

Its depends on the clinic some reply fast and some are slow. But they will definitely reply u. Just needa be patient.
