PR Application Advise

Hi, I would greatly appreciate your advise on my PR application.

Below is my profile:

Age: 21 (1993)
Highest qualification: Bachelors degree 2nd upper honours (UK)
Stay in Singapore since: 2009
Did my high school in Singapore from OFS
Currently holding EP
Basic salary: 3.8k
Got promoted 1 month ago.
Previous drawing salary was 2.1k (Basic on diploma)
I've been part of many volunteer event as student
have Basic Chinese language
But National of Pakistan

Please advise when should i apply for PR?

I am planing to apply next year when i pay tax on my current salary.

Any Advise?
