Recommendations for quality alteration service

I need to resize a very very expensive duvet cover (bought the wrong size online). I know there are lots of companies offering alteration services but I'm looking for a really top quality one. Any recommendations?

There is no Kitemark / British Standard or such like to ascertain quality.

Furthermore no manufacturer name.

Thus, I do not know what I am wearing...
