i was interested... then realized there's too much red tape (i tried to do so on an indonesia island that is predominantly christian) in all the lesser developed SEA countries...

didn't want to go through the process so i didn't continue the project.

the land/island is available if anyone is interested, extremely suitable for a resort and i'm happy to give you an overview and some details of what i wanted to establish.

just so we're clear... i don't own the land... so no conflict of interests/advertising here... just saying the (beautiful) place i had my eye on is still available for resort use...
