Marry to Malaysian work permit

Dear Fellow friends,

I need to seek all your expertise how can i marry my work permit girlfriend from Malaysian who has been working in Singapore for 5 years but her salary yet to hit $2K so unable to apply for S pass.

May i know what is the process of the application to seek MOM approve and may i have all the email or contact to liaise?

Honestly speaking, i am a divorcee and will it post any problem for not able to get the approval to marry my girlfriend, hope to hear from your favourable reply soon?

It's a pretty long thread but interesting reading.

The other place to look is the MOM website.

I'm assuming you are a SC? If yes you need to get permission from MOM before getting married. If you don't do that she will not be allowed to reside in Sg. Our own SMS has first hand experience of this.

And for the record, my nephew's wife is still in the 'peens and it's been 5 years since my 6 year old g.neice has seen her mother. Sucks. That's why is soooo important to follow protocol in Sillypore.

Are you personally a pr or holding any pass ?

If you are a pr, you can check if she can be your dependent pass.
