S Pass is rejected; i need help

Post by Kelvin Lin » Wed, 16 Jul 2014 3:15 pm

I'm a fresh graduated from LASALLE and under tuition grant bond. I just got rejected by MOM and the reason is this "The candidate is not eligible to apply for a work pass. Please look for another candidate"

I'm not sure i got rejected and my company asked me to ask MOE and MOE only can give me an appeal later about the bond. Is there any reason for this?

You should appeal, mentioning your tuition bond (if you did not already).
If MoM then still says you are not eligible for a work pass, your tuition bond is null and void, and you can return home without further obligations.
