They were not even in Delhi when this crime was supposed to have happened

Knowing how dismal the investigative and legislative system in India, there could only be two explanations:

1. They caught the wrong guys

2. The guys paid their way through

Either way, this is a very big problem.

Crap!

A fast track court coming down heavily on the perpetrators and then handing them the death sentence, which even the HC upheld - This all, now, seemingly was done just to pacify the thousands which took to the street!

I see them rotting in jail for many a year, and then released on compassionate grounds!
