Catching Wild Rabbits using Snakes: BAREHANDED Rabbit Catch
Now I've seen people catching wild rabbits bare-handed, but using snakes to help do it... hmmm, hard-core!

Hmmm... depends upon how you define it. I expect the snakes go into rabbit warrens anyway. So what's portrayed is in some ways just accelerating that natural process.the lynx wrote: Hmm a little bit on animal cruelty though...
Yes the rabbit running into a net/snare can't be pleasant for it, but as with reeling in a hooked fish it isn't there long.
Perhaps the snakes don't like being carried around by the tail. But they aren't fluffy and have the puppy-dog eyes that rabbits do, hell they're even cold blooded, so being a bit mean to them is ok [/irony].
Anyway, the prepared rabbit bought from a shop most likely faced waaaay more 'cruelty' that those portrayed in the OP. I think that particular discussion - hunting, vs shop-bought - might have taken place previously.

Later - p.s. I see now I posted it in a 'humour' topic which I accept doesn't quite fit the subject. When I posted it it was a spur of the moment idea (sharing) and I didn't know where else to simply slot it in. Perhaps the title should be 'Humour and sundry stuff that might interest'...
